Netflix’s live-action adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s magnum opus, One Piece, has once again shocked the entire fandom by introducing a new actor who will soon join the cast of the series for the second season. The series’ creators recently unveiled a list of actors who will be portraying the members of the Baroque works, and now a new member has joined the adventure.

The creators of the One Piece live-action adaptation have revealed that they have found the perfect actor to play the role of Crocus, the doctor of the Roger Pirates, and the current caretaker of Laboon. The role will be played by none other than Clive Russell, the prominent actor who portrayed Brynden Tully in HBO’s Game of Thrones.
Fans are excited to see the actor portraying the role of Crocus, as he is one of the most important cast members of the series and is famous for his interaction with Zoro (Mackenyu) and Sanji (Taz Skylar), the members of the Straw Hat Pirates. As soon as the news hit the internet, fans came together to praise the brilliant choice of the creators.
One Piece Live-Action Announces New Addition
A few days ago, Netflix shared a post where they officially announced that they had chosen the cast of the prominent members of the Baroque works, the criminal syndicate, which was created by Crocodile. The cast included David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, and Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9.
And now, the official X (Formerly Twitter) account of the One Piece Live-Action adaptation has shared a post where they confirmed three new additions to the cast of the series.

The new announcement has all but confirmed two arcs that will be a part of the One Piece live-action adaptation. The two arcs are the Little Garden arc, which features the giants Dorry and Brogy, and the Reverse Mountain arc, which features Crocus and Brook’s old friend Laboon, the giant whale. One Piece fans are in for a ride.
One Piece Fans Can’t Control Their Excitement
While the newly added cast to the One Piece live-action adaptation is certainly interesting, fans are more excited about the iconic scenes that might be recreated from the original One Piece manga and anime series. One of these scenes features Crocus having a comedically awkward interaction with Sanji and Zoro as they reach the Twin Cape Lighthouse.

Fans have expressed eagerness to witness this funny conversation between the three in the live-action series featuring Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro and Taz Skylar as Vinsmoke Sanji.
Other fans have applauded the One Piece casting director for choosing Russell as Crocus, as they look a lot alike.
