The Season 4: Reloaded update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has added some amazing content, including a new feature called Unstable Rifts. These rifts are part of the new Modern Warfare III Zombies experience and can be rather challenging to combat.
However, one player has already done the unimaginable feat and the reward is deemed suitable for the trouble of eliminating waves of zombies. The reward in question is the Mark of the Survivor weapon camo, which is worth the grind.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Unstable Rift explained
Unstable Rifts is Modern Warfare 3 appears on the Urzikstan map. Players need to activate three pillars that spawn randomly across the map while there also are some fixed spots to check first.
Unstable Rifts are endgame content for Season 4: Reloaded, meaning players who are behind in content won’t be able to jump in and fend off waves of zombies. Furthermore, these pillars each require a specific ammo mod (Brain Rot, Cryo Freeze, and others to activate.
Once pillars are activated, a red circle will spawn on the map, which marks the Unstable Rift location in Modern Warfare 3.
The community is already buzzing with the new feature in Modern Warfare 3 and it seems that skilled Warzone players are in for a treat here as they are bound to enjoy the fast-paced action of the mode.
How to complete Unstable Rifts Modern Warfare 3 and Rewards
Unstable Rifts isn’t another extraction mission. Instead, it consists of five waves of zombies in a small arena. The zombies are the strong type from the Elder Aether Rifts and players have 45 minutes to complete the challenge.
Each wave is more relentless than the previous one, with elite zombies thrown the players’ way in this new mode. However, the dazzling red lightning of the Mark of the Survivor camo is well worth this mission.

When players realized what the reward was, everyone started asking questions about how difficult it was and whether it could be done solo.
Another player said he is going to grind until he gets the reward. Furthermore, one fan added in the comments that the camo is awesome and probably the best reward for zombie mode.
While many are thrilled, some aren’t so happy with both the camo and even the mode itself saying that it is getting old and should continue with new entries.
