The eight-episode DC Studios drama series The Penguin is set to be a continuation of the epic crime saga that began with Matt ReevesThe Batman. In the show, Colin Farrell is set to appear alongside Michael Kelly, David H. Holmes, Cristin Milioti, Rhenzy Feliz, and more. This time Reeves has taken up the role of executive producer alongside Dylan Clark, Farrell, and Lauren LeFranc.

According to Jeff Sneider’s reports, DC will perhaps fulfill fans’ long-awaited desire to see Robert Pattinson’s Bruce Wayne having at least one confrontation with Oz aka Penguin, after they crossed paths in The Batman. Meanwhile, as per logline, Lauren LeFranc’s The Penguin will explore the rise of Oswald “Oz” Cobblepot to notoriety within Gotham City’s criminal underworld.
