Since its first trailer dropped, fans have been trying to determine just how demanding GTA 6 will be.

After Red Dead Redemption 2 set a new standard for open-world games that are indeed “alive,” expectations for GTA 6 are through the roof. From retaining some of the series’ previous mechanics to all the new things that the game will bring to the table, people are speculating madly on what Rockstar’s latest rendition of Vice City’s Leonida will be like.

History proves that any new game in this series has always demanded the best from the hardware of its respective generation. Now, the same is expected of GTA 6, and already, people are readying themselves and their consoles for the game.

It’s a sentiment echoed across the internet, with a surprising number of people waiting on the for-now mythical PS5 Pro to fully experience the game’s mind-boggling and dense visuals. The upgrade is seen as a necessary investment to avoid any performance issues that may pull you out of the game’s immersion.

While PlayStation people are all in on the idea, the same cannot be said for PC folks, who are currently suffering from a drought of information on when this game will come out for them or what unbelievable hardware it may require. For now, we can only continue the thinning patience for more information from Rockstar.

Why Does Rockstar Continue to Remain Tight-Lipped About Anything Related to GTA 6?

The silence surrounding GTA 6 is more deafening than ever before.
The silence surrounding GTA 6 is more deafening than ever before.

The release of GTA 6 is a cultural event for gamers, given how long and hard people have waited for its arrival. However, ever since the first trailer for the game came out, people have become increasingly impatient and tired of Rockstar’s antics.

Many believe the returning quietness surrounding this title is a way for the company to build further hype and give people time to speculate on what’s to come. But, at this point, many more argue that Rockstar doesn’t really need any of that to sell people on the game’s promise.

Given all this, it is perhaps high time for Rockstar to share more information on the game. It’s a much-believed fact that this game will be Rockstar’s cash cow for the next decade, and to avoid a bad start to this journey, it’s best to keep the community updated on what to expect from the game.
