As we inch closer to the release of Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero, Spike Chunsoft has revealed just about everything we will get to see in the game. The roster list is out for the most part, and several gameplay footages have been released to give fans an idea of what they can expect.
It’s time to give the finishing touches to the hype built around the game, and one Reddit user has come up with an idea that is sure to take it to the next level. The user insists that the final trailer for the game should feature a “past vs future” theme, which is very much doable by Spike Chunsoft.
Why the “Past vs Future” Theme is Perfect For Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero’s Final Trailer
A Reddit user, r/jmslcb, has come up with an interesting idea regarding how Spike Chunsoft should round off the months of hype they have been building around Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero. While we have seen many gameplay showcases so far, unveiling a trailer featuring a face-off between the past version and the future of the same character would be epic.
It’s worth noting that the characters revealed so far are mainly from Dragon Ball Z and Super. The story mode of the game will likely stay within this limit, so it might be a little challenging to pull this off accurately.
While many fans have appreciated the idea and commented on how great that would be, some have also pointed out the practicality of the situation. There are only a few rosters left, and including future versions of a character might mean they will have to include another arc of Dragon Ball altogether.
We could see something similar for a future DLC, but only speculations can be done so far. That said, if Spike Chunsoft wants to throw the whole fanbase into a frenzy, this would certainly be a trailer they should look towards releasing.
Will Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero Become the Best Game in the Franchise History?
The gameplay reveals we have received so far have certainly been exciting and it looks like Unreal Engine 5 has done its magic. Furthermore, the surroundings play a big role in the game as you can use them to your advantage, and the majority of the stuff is destructible.
The roster list also seems compelling, with many surprise entries, such as the addition of The Great Saiyaman. As mentioned before, there are multiple spots left for more characters, which we should see filling in the coming time.
The game has all the right ingredients to be a successful one. Between the appealing visuals and the anime-based story mode, which is playable in first-person, we can expect it to be one of the best Dragon Ball games ever. Furthermore, the reception so far towards the game has been mostly positive, highlighting it will truly be a masterpiece.
