Among the crew members, the strongest character was Charlotte Katakuri, one of the Three Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates. Because of Katakuri’s immense popularity, fans of One Piece began clamoring for the character to be included in the live-action adaptation series, despite his arc being miles away from the storyline of the live-action series. Not only that, fans even chose Henry Cavill to play the role of Katakuri if he ever made an appearance in the One Piece live-action series.
But the excitement of seeing the Man of Steel actor portray the role of Katakuri reached such an extent that rumors of the actor praising Katakuri and wanting to play the role began surfacing on the internet. A Reddit post by u/-Yami-Sukehiro stated: I’d love to interpret the GOAT Katakuri in the One Piece live action.
While the post was not true, fans still believed in it and have been asking for the actor to join the cast of One Piece live-action in the future, if the story ever reaches the Whole Cake Island arc.

Although it is highly unlikely that Cavill will join the cast of One Piece live-action, if the story ever reaches the Whole Cake Island arc, it will introduce many other prominent characters that would be exciting to watch in real life.
