What Kojima posted was about the fifth episode of this fourth season, where he described that this particular episode had everything, made him cry, made him emotional, and congratulated the entire team behind the series for a great job.
The Boys Gains Another Very Important Fan

He has often posted on social media about how much he liked a movie or series. Furthermore, he evidently draws inspiration from these for his diverse works.
In a recent post on X, Kojima praised the latest season of one of Prime Video’s most successful series. This director referred to the fifth episode of The Boys and said it was one of the best of the series.
He added that the current season of this series is outstanding and praised the work of the entire team behind this incredible adaptation. This popular video game creator also said he couldn’t wait for the next week to see the next episode.
Hideo Kojima Continues to Add New Works to His Great Western Taste Catalog
Kojima revealed how quickly characters develop for the plot. He also mentioned that the current season is approaching an unbelievable climax. Whilst Hideo Kojima’s followers heaped praise alongside the video game auteur, the majority of watchers have decried the fourth season as its worst yet, for various reasons.
Whether this is the case or not is for an individual to decide, but for sure Kojima is a big fan, and with his deep understanding of the weird and wonderful as proven by his gaming catalogue, it’s hard to argue with the man.
For its part, Prime Video has already confirmed that the fifth season of The Boys will be the last and will conclude the story of this particular group that fights against one of the most evil corporations that exist.
As for Hideo Kojima, the director is working hard on several projects, including the sequel to Death Stranding, which will arrive next year. Additionally, he has numerous projects, one with Xbox and one with Sony, about which almost nothing has been revealed so far.
