Unlike action stars Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, who have previously complained of their aging appearances, Goldblum accepts the changes in his body.

Jeff Goldblum On How He Stays Youthful-Looking Despite His Age

Jeff Goldblum recently attended an event looking sharp in a Loewe ensemble. He projected a youthful glow that people could not believe he is already 71-years-old. In an Instagram reel posted by InClub Magazine, many were amazed by his looks.

During an interview with GQ, the Isle of Dogs star talked about how he ages gracefully.

I think when nature changes your face—especially if you live a clean life—your body is designed so it all looks right together. When you try to be youthful, it only makes you look older.

He admits never going under the knife, no Botox or any surgery that would swiftly de-age him. Instead, he practices good habits, eats clean food, and exercises. In fact, he claimed that having a kid makes one feel even younger.

Whereas otherwise, you might be sitting around at any given moment, now you’re not. You gotta get up and walk him around. I try for 10,000 steps a day on my Fitbit, and sometimes I work out with my son.

In an industry where beauty matters, Goldblum makes sure to look into the important things in life. “I’m excited by the fleeting nature of what we are. There’s something romantic and poetic and certainly educational in it,” he said.

He likened people to an apple that gets ripe and then withers, and “that’s what we’re all meant to do.” In the same conversation, he shared the top 3 “medicines” to maintaining his good looks: don’t smoke cigarettes, keep moving, and contemplate the wonders of the world.

Arnold Schwarzenegger And Sylvester Stallone Comment On Their Aging And Sore Bodies

If Goldblum appreciates the way he ages, former bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger is not happy with his sagging skin. He once confessed via SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show:

I kind of smile because every day I do look in a mirror and I say, ‘Yep, you suck. Look at this body. Look at the pectoral muscles that used to be firm and perky and really powerful. Now they’re just hanging there. I mean, what the hell is going on here?

He is not alone in this lamentation as fellow action star Sylvester Stallone says the worst thing about getting old is the pain he feels on his lower back. “There’s zero good in getting older,” he whined via Deadline.

The Rocky star has done a lot of dangerous stunts in the past and has had several surgeries, too. Now, he’s experiencing all the consequences of his decisions during his prime days.
