The reason that made her agree to take on the project was the opportunity to work with her husband, Jesse Plemons, on screen. “It was a dream project really, to be working with my favorite actor and have his support with a role like this.” She recalled feeling like it would have been a tough experience had she worked on it alone.

Dunst is very enthusiastic to share the screen again with Plemons after she told The Hollywood Reporter that she’s been speaking with The Power of the Dog producer Tanya Seghatchian for a possible future project.

We have some ideas, and Jesse and I definitely want to do another project. He’s my favorite actor to work with.

There’s nothing sweeter than seeing real-life partners work their magic on screens. While guesting at Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Dunst said, “We kind of fell in love creatively first and fell in love as actors.” She said meeting Plemons for the first time felt like meeting her soulmate.

Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons stunned the crowd while attending the New York City premiere of Kinds of Kindness. The actress wore a glamorous yellow gown that flowed smoothly as she walked.

Plemons, on the other hand, looked smart in his suit after revealing his weight loss journey. In his interview with ET Online, he shared how his life changed after discovering intermittent fasting. “Well, I’m not lugging 50 more pounds around,” he quipped, before adding that it happened “over the course of a year and a half or so.”

It was a proud moment for the actor after finally achieving this drastic improvement in his health. “I have much more energy [now] and, like I’ve said, I’ve got young kids, so I got to keep up with them.

His wife looked very happy as fans took notice of the change in Plemons’ physique. It’s quite rare to see married Hollywood couples collaborate on projects nowadays, so this duo is indeed a breath of fresh air.

Both Dunst and Plemons were nominated for Best Supporting Actress and Actor, respectively, for The Power of the Dog at the 94th Academy Awards. The movie is available to watch on Netflix.
