Over the years, Fortnite has become a hotbed for pop-culture crossovers. We have witnessed the addition of such pop music icons as Ariana Grande and characters from film franchises such as legendary Jack Skellington, but also sports legend Lebron James and many more.
Recently, leaked surveys revealed a glimpse into potential future collaborations, and like every time, it has fans buzzing about it. No, we are not talking about Demon Slayer or One Piece, but the animation show that continues to push the boundaries of adult swim, South Park.
Fortnite and South Park Will Never Happen
The moment the surveys leaked fans started generating ideas around Eric Cartman, and other characters from the adult swim comedy show coming to the game. Unfortunately, there is almost no chance that we will ever see legendary characters battling around the famous island.
While the survey only lists Mr. Mackey as a potential character, slim are the odds for this character garnering enough votes to win against such characters as Hades from Hercules, Nancy Wheeler from Stranger Things, and many more.
It is highly unlikely that Mr. Mackey will lead the franchise to a triumph here. Moreover, Fortnite, although cartoonish violence is vivid, the game still maintains a T for Teen ESRB rating, while South Park thrives on satire, social commentary, and graphics that paint a whole different picture than the universe seen in popular battle royale video games.

Nevertheless, with Mr. Mackey mentioned in the list, Epic Games seems to be testing the waters and fans are abuzz with many possibilities. This proves that Fortnite transcends age and demonstrates why it has been one of the most popular games for years.
Fortnite x South Park is Chaos Fans Dream Off
Fortnite has gone to the dark side multiple times in the past with several franchises, which gives players hope for a dark humor crossover with the infamous TV series.
One fan particularly said that he wants to play with Randy Marsh and while he isn’t even listed in the survey, it just proves how strong the community is behind this potential crossover.
Another fan joked that Eric Cartman’s character in the game would be diminished to a backbling.
Furthermore, more fans pitched in with one simply saying that he would love to see familiar characters in a battle royale system.
Killing Kenny numerous times over and over again seems like a fan concept for a popular battle royale. That said, it remains to be seen whether Mr. Mackey is flamboyant enough to win the contest and pave the way for a bigger and better crossover.
