Starfield, the latest title from Bethesda, recently received the Creation Kit, the official mod support, allowing players to add their creations to the game. This has given players a lot of liberty to add a bunch of things to the game, ranging from outfits and armor to weapons, among other things.
There are also individual quests added to the creations that players can get and access, but it seems like players are doing more than that. The mods have become so widespread that the game now feels like an entirely different game than Starfield.
Mods in Starfield Have Made the Game Almost Unrecognizable
Bethesda Game Studios officially released the Creations Kit for the game called Starfield Creations with the June 2024 update, along with new Trackers Alliance missions and many more new additions. The players are now making the best use of the kit, as there are thousands of mods in the game right now.
Players recently added Master Chief from Halo, and now Star Wars is galore in the game. There are hundreds of Star Wars mods in the game that have made Starfield look like it is a Star Wars game after all. One player shared a few screengrabs from the mod they have implemented in the game, calling, and it looks absolutely fantastic.

The images show the player’s in-game outfit replaced with a Star Wars X-Wing flight suit, and there is also an AT-ST. Players on both PC and Xbox can make use of the mods, and it is most feasible for players on the console. They can just add the mods to the game without worrying about the load order, and the things get replaced and “saved in existing saves,” as the player told one user.
A Bunch of Star Wars Mods Are Available in Starfield Creations
There are a large number of Star Wars mods available in Starfield Creations from creators that players can use. Although there was backlash over the developer charging for some creations, a majority of these mods are free. There is a mod that adds 13 new standalone ship modules, based on Star Trek and the “Kelvin Timeline.”
One mod adds standalone outfits from The Clone Wars for Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Padme, and another adds outfits from Leia (Star Wars) to the game, and these are craftable at the workbench. The aliens from Star Wars have also made their way into the game.
Players can either implement them as NPCs or use the alien character presets. There are also mods offering Darth Vader armor, Mimban Trooper armor, Scouttrooper armor, and Shoretrooper armor for players.
The fans are having the time of their lives with the mods and the game seems to be taking off again after the recent controversy. The developer will hope it stays that way until the upcoming Shattered Space DLC arrives this fall.
