Taika Waititi’s Thor 4 was a box office bomb that failed short of impressing its viewers, despite having a star-studded cast at its disposal. With some of the biggest names in Hollywood like Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tessa Thompson, Christian Bale, and many more, they could not save the project.
Of course, Marvel fans were not thrilled, and they criticized the director for his goofy vision and unsettling visual effects. As a result, Hemsworth’s Thor was depicted as too silly, which made the fans despise the film more vehemently.
The film felt like a compilation of atrocious scenes and did not have anything that could have saved it from being a massive disappointment. Hence, the film only managed to gross $760.9 million at the worldwide box office via The Numbers.
In a recent turn of events, Jaimie Alexander has expressed her disappointment at Thor: Love and Thunder at the Superhero Comic Con via Nexus Point News (@NexusPointNews). She mentioned how an “epic fight scene” between her and Christian Bale couldn’t make it to the final cut of the film. She said,
I met Christian Bale on set and we were both disappointed that we couldn’t beat the sh*t out of each other.
Marvel fans have had enough because they have expressed their dissatisfaction with the film in the past. However, the news of an epic fight scene getting removed for some goofy scenes in the film was too much to bear.

Taika Waititi’s Thor: Love and Thunder has again become a topic of criticism among Marvel fans. They have expressed their anger at the film, stating how the filmmaker has made a mockery out of one of the most renowned Marvel franchises.
They blasted the film with an overwhelmingly negative response, as they could not take it anymore for the film deviating from the source material and how he could not capitalize on Bale’s acting prowess as Gorr the God Butcher.

As of now, Taika Waitit’s worst enemy would be Thor 3, as both films’ performances at the box office are being compared. However, it looks like the superhero franchise has found itself in a slump, as the viewers hope that the fifth film won’t make them claw their eyes out.
