Zeno from Dragon Ball is capable of eradicating universes with a single tap. Despite his cute and non-threatening appearance, the Omni King is a power beyond belief. Even the great destroyers who have ruled for billions of years kneel in the presence of Zeno. With so much power available, he could win against Superman.
3: Goku
If we make a list of solid anime characters, not including one of the most iconic characters in all fiction is impossible. Goku is often paired up against the Man of Steel due to their similar personalities and the supernatural feats they have achieved throughout the years.

1: Monkey D. Luffy
Luffy is one of the most beloved anime characters of all time; sadly, he would end up being destroyed if he ever faced the Man of Steel. Luffy is outclassed in every category: speed, durability, attack potency, etc. No matter how strong Luffy becomes in the future, he cannot win against Superman.

However, compared to Superman, this is nothing less than a negligible feat. Superman managed to alter timelines due to his traveling speed and took attacks at point-blank range, which would eradicate the universe.

Ichigo Kurosaki is the main character of the popular series Bleach and is often termed the strongest of the Big Three. Ichigo is so powerful that he is about to be restricted from entering the earth as his spiritual pressure would destroy it.
He managed to defeat Yhwach, who was able to look into all the possible futures and tank attacks that could shatter galaxies. However, Superman’s durability is on the next level, and his attack power is off the charts.
