Sylvester Stallone’s love story with his wife Jennifer Flavin is no less than a romantic movie. The couple came across each other at a restaurant and the Rocky Balboa actor recalls feeling a jolt. The 77-year-old actor is 23 years older than the businesswoman. Even after such a massive age difference, the famous couple is still rock solid. In August 2022, rumors of the action hero parting ways with Flavin surfaced on the internet. People started speculating there was trouble in paradise for Stallone and his family. Reportedly the entrepreneur filed for divorce last year but soon the couple decided to rekindle their marriage. 

While talking about his family and also addressing the separation rumors, the Rambo actor said during an interview,

“There was a reawakening of what was more valuable than anything, which is my love for my family. It takes precedence over my work, and that was a hard lesson to learn.” 

Stallone was previously married to Brigitte Nielsen from 1985 to 1987, and to Sasha Czack from 1974 to 1985 before marrying Flavin.

After almost parting ways with his long-time partner Flavin, the First Blood actor has decided to prioritize his family. After giving so many years of his life to his acting career the actor wants to now spend more time with his family. While talking about his family the actor said,

“I used to have my priorities all screwed up, you know, work came first, and eventually, I came out of that delusional thinking. In the past few years, when you find yourself obsessing about, ‘Oh what’s the next move? How do I compete with this situation or this character or this guy’s getting this role?’ and I said, ‘Jesus Christ, what does it matter?’”

He further added,

“Because the things that really matter … are the things that you’re responsible for. You brought them on this planet. You must guard them with your life.”
