The hardships and sacrifices of Mulan for her family and country paid off when she came home bringing honor to everyone. Despite being judged and discriminated when they found out that she is a woman disguised as a soldier, Mulan never lost her loyalty.
She fought until the end and gave the word hero a new definition. Her family, especially her father, was so proud of her coming back and proving that bravery has no gender.
Rapunzel Seeing The Lights Up Close (Tangled, 2010)
For sixteen years, Rapunzel never left the tower because of her mother’s order. Every day, on the same date of her birthday, she sees lights float in the air which she later found out was the royal family’s way of paying tribute to their lost daughter.
When Rapunzel held Flynn Rider captive, she told him to bring her to where the floating lights are in exchange for his freedom. They braved the horrors of the wild forest and finally, they board on a boat and Rapunzel sings, “And at last I see the light…”.
Cinderella Rescued By Her Fairy Godmother (Cinderella, 1950)
The young orphaned girl has always been mistreated by her stepmother and stepsisters. The fact that she wanted to go to the ball was never an option. She knew that they would not let her live her dream.
Because Cinderella has always had a good heart, her wishes have been heard by her fairy godmother. She came to her rescue, gave her a stunning dress and an elegant carriage to bring her to the ball of her dreams.
Anna Sacrificing Herself For Elsa (Frozen, 2013)
Their sisterly love for each other has always been the central theme of the movie. There is no doubt that one of them is willing to lay down her life for the other. Anna has always been the most caring one and the fact that she sacrificed herself to protect Elsa is a gut-wrenching scene.
In the end, their love for each other brought Anna back to life. This reunion was the most touching part of the film.
