The Warhammer 40K universe is full of weapons for players to enjoy throughout its many universes, but with the upcoming Space Marine 2 coming up, it is interesting to see what weapons could make their way into the title.

To keep this list realistic, we will only be including weapons that would commonly be found within the Space Marine’s arsenal but may or may not be included within the game.

Space Marine 2 Weapons That Would Make Short Work of its Many Enemies

8. Vengeance Launcher

To start, we will talk about the Vengeance Launcher. This weapon is quite powerful in its own right, as it has sticky explosives that can deal massive damage to enemies while also allowing the player to set up traps.

Depending on how the player uses this weapon, it can be quite effective for taking out numerous threats or waiting for enemies to fall into a well-placed trap, leading to some chaotic kills in Space Marine 2.

7. Lascannon

The Lascannon fits its name to a T, as it is a very powerful weapon that isn’t very effective against small units but is instead focused on taking down larger units due to its incredible strength.

This weapon is so powerful that it would normally require two people to use it, but with the Space Marine’s power armor, they are able to use it to take down some of the toughest enemies. The only downfall of this weapon is the fact that it has such a large cooldown between shots that it won’t be effective against numerous enemies.

The Thunder Hammer is an incredibly devastating weapon, as it can clear out enemies in the blink of an eye. Once the weapon is charged up, it can deal astonishing damage to any enemies that were in its blast radius, essentially turning them to paste.

Sadly, with a weapon as strong as this, there have to be drawbacks, as its heavy design and strong attacks turn it into an incredibly slow and bulky weapon, but for the sake of annihilating your enemies, it is a willing sacrifice.

5. Plasma Gun

This weapon may not be able to deal as much damage as the other weapons on this list, but it is able to do something even more effective, which is to strip enemies of their armor at a rapid pace.

Due to the plasma that is fired from this weapon, players would be able to strip enemy armor in a matter of seconds, making it even easier for these other weapons to do their jobs in Space Marine 2.

4. Multi-Melta

The Multi-Melta is an astounding double-barreled weapon that uses concentrated bursts of microwave radiation to cook its enemies, especially those who are a bit too close to the Space Marine who is using it.

This weapon is the upgraded version of the Meltagun and would normally be attached to a light vehicle as an anti-tank weapon, but if this weapon were used by a Space Marine, it would clear out enemies in the blink of an eye and likely leave no trace that they were ever there.

3. Storm Shield

Now bear with me: the Storm Shield isn’t necessarily a weapon, as it is more used to keep the Space Marine who is using it alive for as long as possible.

But if the Storm Shield is used, it can allow the player to deal out as much damage as they can with plenty of other devastating weapons without having to worry about death, leading to some chaotic and fun battle tactics in Space Marine 2.

2. Power Fist

If you are wanting to get your hands dirty, both literally and figuratively, then the Power Fists would be a brilliant addition to the game, as they would allow the player to run into battle fist first to demolish their enemies.

Being able to punch your enemies into submission is always interesting to see, and to see a Space Marine punch Tyranid’s left, right, and centre would be a sight to see in Space Marine 2.

1. Vortex Grenades

These beauties are probably one of the most interesting and lethal grenades that players would likely get their hands on. With the power of a black hole in their hand, players would be able to destroy dozens of enemies in a matter of seconds with this grenade.

Along with its fondness for movement, this grenade would also be able to manoeuvre around the map, wiping out enemies, but with the risk of devouring the user or their comrades.
