Jackie Chan Shared A Self-Defense Technique Which Can Break Anybody’s Hand

In an interview, the Project A star asked his interviewers to free their hands from his grip. But the interviewers failed to do so, as a result, Chan taught them and the viewers a simple self-defense technique that has the potential to break anyone’s arm. The technique involves bringing your hand close to your body and putting all your body weight into twisting the arm of the unwanted individual. The technique will not only free your hand from any big guy but can also break their hands.
