Fort Solis
Fort Solis promises to be an ‘immersive experience set out in the dark reaches of space

For those who haven’t had the chance to check out this game, it is set on an isolated mining facility on Mars. And developers have promised an ‘immersive experience set out in the dark reaches of space’. Players take on the role of protagonist Jack Leary who has to solve the mystery of the missing crew and uncover the mysteries which lie within the compound itself.

The character of Jack Leary is voiced by none other than Roger Clark (Arthur Morgan in Red Dead Redemption 2) and supported by talent such as Troy Baker (The Last of Us, Death Stranding) and Julia Brown (The Last Kingdom, World on Fire).

And it seems like Fort Solis could be an underrated horror title going by some fan comments on what upcoming games they are looking forward to;

“I feel like Fort Solis has just snuck up on us. I can’t remember seeing much after the reveal. But looking into it over the last week, it seems really cool. Being labelled as a more narrative experience from what I can gather.”

“Alone in the Dark, Fort Solis, and Alan Wake 2 are my big awaited horror games this year.”

Could Fort Solis be an under-rated Horror game hit?

No doubt there will comparisons drawn between this game and the Dead Space Series given the Sci-Fi/Horror element to it and if Fort Solis is nearly as good as the first Dead Space Titles, then Meridiem Games may just have a winner on their hands.

But what’s your thoughts on the upcoming Fort Solis game? Would you be interested in picking up the limited edition version of the game or are waiting to see how much it would cost first? Get in touch, drop us a comment and let us know your thoughts.
