To cast this notable personality, the producers of a project have to understand and agree with a certain condition that Samuel L. Jackson has placed in his contract. The clause, which is rather highly unrelated to anything, is indeed a good condition that is both fun and achievable for Jackson.

Samuel L. Jackson Loves To Play Some Golf

It does suit Jackson that his favorite hobby would be to indulge himself in a peaceful game of golf. Being a decent player in the field of golf, the Django Unchained actor loves the game so much that he has incorporated his hobby time as a clause in his contract.

The clause, that the producers have to agree with to sign Samuel L. Jackson on a contract, dictates a bare minimum time that Jackson be allowed to play. In an interview with CNN, the Pulp Fiction actor stated that he convinces filmmakers to allow him to play golf at least twice a week. The actor further talked about the two choices that he gave them.

“Generally they either move me onto a golf course or I join a club so I can play there.”

The clause has helped the actor play alongside several of his fellow co-stars and even led him to play against Golf legend Tiger Woods in Scotland!

In his continued interview, the actor recalled that he has played golf with veteran actor-director Clint Eastwood, Don Cheadle, and the famous saxophonist Kenny G. The most memorable fun that he had while playing golf was with Tiger Woods.

“The first time I played St. Andrews (in Scotland) I actually played with Tiger. That’s kind of a big deal. The first time I met him I played with him at the Dunhill (Championship) and I think his advice to me was ‘Follow me’ – and I actually did. I didn’t hit the ball as far as he did but I kind of hit the same balls.”

It seems that the actor has had his fair share of golf as Samuel L. Jackson continues to star in other projects and movies. He was last seen portraying the role of Nick Fury in Marvel’s Secret Invasion, which is available to stream on Disney+.
