“I think I’ve crossed a line”: George Clooney’s Ongoing War Against Ocean’s Eleven Co-star Brad Pitt Almost Got Him Arrested Once

Brad Pitt and George Clooney became quite an iconic duo when they starred in the 2001 film Ocean’s Eleven. Being a heist movie that featured an ensemble of actors and characters, Clooney and Pitt quickly became good friends over the years.

In an interview with Graham Norton on The Graham Norton Show, George Clooney talked about the epic prank that he pulled on Brad Pitt which got him pulled over by the cops! Teasing for the future, Clooney feared that he may have crossed the line this time and might get arrested for the prank that he would be doing.

Known for his serious and intense roles in Fight Club or Se7en, Brad Pitt is also a funny and comedic actor off camera. Having great friends and an infamous love life, the actor has been in the spotlight for several years and continues to do so with the added help of some pranks by fellow co-star George Clooney.

Clooney, known for his role as Danny Ocean in the iconic Ocean’s franchise, developed a great bond with the Inglorious Basterds actor. Their friendship became quite notorious when they both started pranking each other. In an interview, George Clooney talked about a prank that got Brad Pitt pulled over while they were working together in Ocean’s Eleven back in 2001!

“We were doing Ocean’s 11. I think it was the first one and one of my favorite things is to get those things that go around your license plate or a bumper sticker. Because you never go to the back of your car and look”

The actor further continued.

“I found a bumper sticker in the shape of a pot plant that said ‘f*ck cops’. I figured there’s no way you don’t get pulled over and uhhhh, he [Brad Pitt] got pulled over”

This wasn’t all since George Clooney also confided that he has done some terrible things over the years. During the run of the interview, Clooney stated that he was in the middle of a prank now and jokingly teased that he might get arrested next year.

As the interview progressed, Clooney started getting more hilarious with each second passed. Talking about how he was a terrible person who had done terrible things, Clooney joked that he just might get arrested this time next year.

“So, I’ve done some terrible things. Wait, Brad’s done some terrible things to me too. I’m doing one now that I can’t tell you about but in a year you’re going to hear that I’ve been arrested. I’m not kidding, because I think I’ve crossed the line. It’s exciting”

Starring together in the heist movie, Ocean’s Eleven received a high rating of 7.7/10 on IMDB and 83% on Rotten Tomatoes. The Brad Pitt and George Clooney starrer is available to stream on TruTV in the U.S.
