My Hero Academia is currently in its last arc, with the story centering on the greatest war the world has ever seen. Horikoshi, the series creator, gave some spectacular bouts as well as character moments for everyone to appreciate. When the arc began, few expected to see All Might fight again; nevertheless, much to the fans’ surprise, the former Number One Hero returned to the battlefield and faced off against his arch-enemy, All For One.
Fans are especially intrigued with the apparent ending of My Hero Academia chapter 402, in which All Might makes a desperate last move against All For One that may result in his death. The idea of the Number #1 hero dying had always been a possibility, but seeing it play out as he gave himself to vanquish his lifelong adversary, All for One, was a very moving moment.
Warning: Spoilers Ahead
All Might vs. All for One
All Might and All For One are pitted against one another, and the battle continues to take unexpected turns. The two’s tense combat reached a thrilling end in Chapter 401. This combat was especially intense because All Might brought out an intriguing weapon made by Melissa – full-body armor. This armor gave him a lot of interesting skills, and these talents were powerful enough for him to take on All For One. He fired many tremendous attacks on the Demon Lord, forcing him to revert his body to that of a teenager. However, what he displayed was insufficient to bring All for One down.
On the verge of being destroyed, All Might when caught by All for One, gripped All For One with both hands in a last resort, and there was a big explosion. This was most likely All Might’s duplicate of Bakugo’s Quirk ability. All Might stated that if he killed him one more time, he would transform into a kid, which would completely derail All for One’s goals. But this might also lead to the demise of All Might.
Will All Might Die After Fight All for One?
It’s hard to ascertain whether All Might died in the explosion at the end of Chapter 402. With the series ending on a cliffhanger, this won’t be established until the series resumes from break in mid-October. All Might, on the other hand, has gone all out and suffered some horrific injuries. His body is past repair at this point, but he is still fighting. Even though he has barely anything left in him right now, supporters are unsure how long he can keep this up.
If All Might die while eliminating All For One, he will do the Hero Society a huge favor by shining as the Symbol of Peace one last time before he dies.
