Disney’s acquisition of Marvel paved the way for the creation of live-action blockbuster films, exemplified by the monumental success of Avengers: Endgame in 2019. Amid discussions of potential superhero fatigue, it’s crucial to acknowledge the endeavor was to establish a cinematic universe centered around comic book characters when Iron Man, the inaugural production from Marvel Studios, made its debut. But fans believe the studio is losing its charm.
Kevin Feige, the CCO of Marvel Entertainment and president of Marvel Studios has been leading the way since the beginning. His journey commenced with an associate producer credit on the 2000 film X-Men, and now he’s completing the circle by reintroducing Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine in the upcoming Deadpool 3 slated for next year.
Kevin Feige’s Comment Has Made Fans Angry
Even with the passage of time, Kevin Feige maintains the same level of enthusiasm as the day he embarked on his journey. Feige expressed his profound gratitude for his role, emphasizing the exhilaration of every costume fitting and the extraordinary experience of witnessing actors undergo their transformative process. He finds it truly remarkable to breathe life into these characters and project them onto the silver screen.
Feige told Variety:
“The great thing about Marvel truly is how many wonderful, interesting characters we have in the comics — they’ve been at it for 85 years. Even after 32 movies, it feels like we’ve barely scratched the surface”
Try making a movie with some depth then.

At 32 movies, it wouldn’t feel like so much if @Kevfeige hadn’t skipped literal decades worth of awesome stories so he could go straight to the stories and characters that killed the comic industry the last few years and are now also choking the MCU to death.

Just give me a well written Galactus for once so that I can die in peace.

As The Marvels prepares to hit the big screen and the second season of Loki is streaming on Disney+, it appears that there is no indication of a decrease in momentum. However, his comments did not go well with fans as they want MCU films to have more depth and strong storylines.
Fans Want Kevin Feige To Leave The MCU
Daredevil: Born Again stands out as one of the highly awaited Marvel endeavors. In contrast to its Netflix predecessor, this new iteration has been described as a “soft reboot.” The project was officially unveiled in July 2022, but the writer’s strike caused an unexpected halt in its production.
In a report from The Hollywood Reporter, it was revealed that Kevin Feige, the President of Marvel Studios, dismissed the two writers working on Daredevil: Born Again. Additionally, while Charlie Cox is confirmed to return as Daredevil, the absence of Karen Page, portrayed by Deborah Ann Woll, has left fans quite dismayed.
As per insights shared by Twitter accounts CanWeGetSomeToast and Daredevil Updates, the character of Karen Page, portrayed by Deborah Ann Woll, was seemingly never in the running for inclusion in the forthcoming “creative reboot.” This revelation has left Marvel enthusiasts taken aback.
It is argued that this decision lies solely within Kevin Feige’s purview, and critics contend that this is the reason he should step down. The news was followed by social media outrage, with many fans urging the studio to fire Kevin Feige.
