Earlier this year, Jennifer Aniston teamed up with the pharma company Indorsia for the ‘Seize the Day and Night’ campaign which focussed on the importance of sleep for a person’s health. Talking about the ill effects of sleep deprivation, Jennifer Aniston mentioned how she faced issues because of incomplete sleep,

“It [sleep] used to be the last thing on the list, but you can’t really abide by the three pillars of health — which are diet, exercise, and sleep — if you can’t really exercise and you can’t really eat right if you haven’t slept well because your body clock is so completely thrown off.”

The actress also mentioned that her insomnia had gotten so bad earlier that she used to sleepwalk and had been woken up by house alarms that were triggered by her movements. She said,

“I have been known to do that [sleepwalk]. I’ve been woken up by house alarms going off that I’ve set off. And I don’t think I do that anymore — that was when I was super sleep-deprived.”

Jennifer Aniston mentioned that she has since overcome her issues with sleep after seeking medical help for the same. She mentioned that she has not been sleepwalking since then.
