Rockstar Games will finally reveal the trailer for GTA 6 in early December and it has got the GTA community all hyped up. December marks the 25th anniversary of Rockstar Games and there would be no better time to reveal the next GTA that the players have been waiting for a decade. The GTA 6 reveal was announced by Rockstar Games’ President, Sam Houser, but no information was mentioned other than that.
Grand Theft Auto has always featured several side activities for players to have fun and fill the void between the main missions such as skydiving, golfing, bowling, and more. Side activities are one of the most enjoyable things for players to do in the game and while we await GTA 6, let’s look at some of the side activities that players are expecting.
Side Activities Players Would Love To See in GTA 6
GTA games feature a full environmental experience since GTA 3 with hordes of things for players to do and Rockstar Games have the opportunity to bring more and better side activities in GTA 6. There is a hunting side activity for Trevor in Grand Theft Auto 5 and players could get more such activities like fishing, shooting range, and many others.
A GTA 6 leak appeared earlier this year and revealed a massive number of side activities that the game could bring including backyard wrestling, satanist houses, Bonnie & Clyde mystery, UFO Animal House, Warehouse torture, Warehouse sex robots, music video, island camp, basketball, and more taking the number of side activities to five hundred. While there is no certainty that GTA 6 will feature such a large number of activities, it is still intriguing.
As for side activities that players would like to see in GTA 6, many come to mind. GTA 4 introduced Bowling activity for players and is considered one of the best side activities in the game. Although the activity did not cut GTA 5, players are expecting to see it in GTA 6. There is a skydiving activity for Franklin in GTA 5 after the players complete the Risk Assessment mission, and GTA 6 must bring it back with updated goals to achieve.
The Eight-ball pool was introduced in GTA San Andreas and also appeared in Grand Theft Auto 4 and is one of the most popular side activities in GTA. Players were saddened to not see the mini-game in GTA 5 and its return in GTA 6 where players play with an NPC would be loved by many. There are also rumors that GTA 6 map will be larger than previous games and if the Triathlon event from Grand Theft Auto 5 makes a comeback, it would allow players to explore the city.
One of the most popular side activity in Grand Theft Auto games is when the players steal a police vehicle, impersonates a police officer, and bring criminals to justice. GTA 6 with improved combat mechanics and new scenarios will only make this side activity better.
Grand Theft Auto 4 also allowed players to participate in comedy shows with comedians like Katt Williams and Ricky Gervais. GTA 5 had golfing which is one of the most joyful and relaxing experiences in the whole game and these activities in GTA 6 would be an amazing addition.
Players awaiting Grand Theft Auto 6 have also expressed their wishes for the game to have some of the best side missions from GTA San Andreas such as gambling, entering a dance-off, roulette, playable arcade machines, buying properties such as houses, robbery, delivery guy activities from GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas, valet parking, and more.
Grand Theft Auto games have abundant content for players to enjoy and GTA 6 will surely take this to a whole new level with various side activities from other GTA games as well as new activities. It is also important to note that side activities from previous GTA games will only appear in GTA 6 if they fit within the setting of the game.
