The lore of Elden Ring doesn’t seem to bog down Soulslike fans, as the game continues to be replayed. One such fan who had clocked well over a thousand hours in the game has posted on Reddit about discovering a hidden boss fight for the first time.

This player discovered a boss in the Altus Plateau by chance, facing off against one of the Fallingstar Beasts, located below the two Sentinels, and posted about it on Reddit. Players who haven’t yet discovered the Fallingstar Beast in this specific location should look for a large crater located south of the southern Capital Outskirts gate.

From afar, players will most likely see a statue at the location, but it turns out it’s a Starcaller, a humanoid creature that’s found near craters. The Reddit post has so far garnered well over 6,000 upvotes, with several fans suggesting that other bosses are hidden around the same location and in other areas that many others have missed.

The comments varied from surprised players who had encountered the boss on their first few attempts to those who got to know about the boss fight through the Reddit post. Several others who commented also posted about other boss fights that could be easily missed by fans if they aren’t paying attention.

Another user mentioned that around the same location, apart from the Fallingstar Beast, there are two Tree Sentinels, a Rune Bear, and a Gargoyle as well.
