The whole gaming world is waiting for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. The game will be unveiled at the Summer Game Fest as well as following a presentation at the Xbox Games Showcase on June 9. Whenever a new COD title knocks on the door, the character roster of the game becomes the talk of the town.
Just like in the ending scene of Modern Warfare (2019), when Captain Price revealed Task Force 141, everyone erupted in joy. It seems fans are going to witness the same, with a fan-famous Black Ops character again rising from the ruins in the upcoming title.
Call of Duty: Warzone Teases the Return of Frank Woods in Black Ops 6
Warzone has recently added a new cutscene with popular Black Ops character Frank Woods in it, replacing the usual cutscene with Philip Graves. However, this cutscene is quite random, and not every time it gets shown instead of the original cutscene.

In this cutscene, we can see, after a little bit of stuttering, a room featuring Woods from the Black Ops universe. Woods, in a wheelchair, then goes on to search for something in front of a map and starts speaking:
“New orders, kid, we got intel; there might be key information here to finally reveal that mole we’ve been hunting.”
Frank Woods first appeared in Black Ops and since then has been featured in numerous COD titles, like other Black Ops titles, and even in Modern Warfare (2019) and Warzone (as an operator in both).
It’s not confirmed yet if we are going to see Woods as an operator only or as a full-fledged character, but he will surely be there in the upcoming title.
Is Viktor Reznov also returning in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6?
A few days ago, Call of Duty revealed its “The Truth Lies” trailer for Black Ops 6. In this video, fans might have gotten a glimpse of another returning character.
This video showcased the vandalized version of the majestic monument, Mount Rushmore. The main theme of the video was the constant flashing of the slogan “The Truth Lies.” However, these are not the only things that the video had to showcase. One sharp-eyed fan has noticed an apparition—a silhouette that is supposed to be of another COD legend, Viktor Reznov.

Reznov made his entry in this popular franchise in World at War. Since then, he has featured in many COD installments, like Black Ops, Black Ops 2, and many more. So, his arrival in the highly anticipated title can be a reality.
