Arrowhead Game Studios may have finally done something to make Helldivers 2 exciting again. During the battle against Automatons on planet X-45, Super Earth was able to take control of the Advanced Weapon Lab.
During the excavation, an intact cache of MLS-4X Commando Stratagem from the first Helldivers game was discovered. Players can now use this weapon on all defensive operations on X-45 until the end of the current Major Order.
A New Stratagem Has Been Added To Helldivers 2
A stratagem that was featured in Helldivers (2015) has been finally added to Helldivers 2. The MLS-4X Commando is a single-use 4X Missile Launcher System that will definitely help you take down hordes of enemies.

As of now, players can try out this stratagem only on defensive operations on planet X-45 of the Ymir sector. Players are glad that the new stratagem is not the Anti-Tank Mines, as players clearly don’t find it fascinating.
The addition of this stratagem isn’t exactly surprising, as many hackers were able to spawn it in the game. A player recently shared screenshots of a hacker who was using the MLS-4X Commando and another unreleased Stratagem that will be very useful once it is released.
Arrowhead Needs to Add More Stratagems to Save Helldivers 2
It’s no secret that Helldivers 2‘s hype is slowly dying as the game becomes boring and repetitive for most players. The new stratagem is certainly a good addition to the game, but it is not enough to keep the players hooked.
Fans have been eagerly waiting for items that were found in the game’s files, such as vehicles and a new enemy faction, the Illuminate. The game desperately needs a major update, especially because the competition is getting stiff.
Not just new items, but Arrowhead also needs to rework some existing things in the game. The overpowered nature of some Automaton units has frustrated a lot of fans and is possibly one of the main reasons why players are rage-quitting.
Since Arrowhead is now digging up Stratagems from the past, it’s the best time to add Saber to the game. In case you don’t know, the Saber was a melee weapon in the first game that was very similar to a lightsaber from the Star Wars series.
