To begin with, there is undoubtedly a prenuptial agreement which protects both of their assets acquired before the marriage (and probably acquired during the marriage as well). The issue seems to be a request by Lopez for reimbursement of expenses paid during the marriage, as she states that Affleck did not pay his fair share.
Whether that is an issue to fight about, it could depend on what their prenuptial agreement says. Whether Affleck will make some payment to Lopez to equalize their contributions is unlikely as he will more likely claim that the expenses were incurred due to her preferences rather than his. I cannot see these two people litigating in a court whether they should have equally divided the cost of vacations, private planes, and dinners!
