It was the year 2020 when veteran actor Bryan Cranston starred in an iconic series titled Your Honor. Revitalizing his career after the events of Breaking Bad, the series was a fresh take on Cranston that ran for 2 seasons.
In the series, Cranston portrays the role of a judge. When his kid gets into a hit-and-run accident, Bryan Cranston’s character is faced with a very tough choice for a father as well as a judge.
Bryan Cranston Will Only Return On One Condition
Your Honor ended in 2023 with Bryan Cranston’s character going to jail for the crimes that he committed. While trying to protect his son, Cranston’s character of Judge Michael Desiato goes to jail at the end of season 2.
However, there are still rumors that Bryan Cranston might return for another season of Your Honor. Although it would be tough to break the judge out of jail, fans are still hoping for Cranston’s return.
Even Cranston knows about this as he revealed in an earlier interview with Deadline that he could return to another season of the show but only on one particular condition.
Showtime has indicated there is interest and we’re very proud to know that every episode in Season 2 increased in the audience from the previous week.
He further continued,
If it happens, fantastic but it’d have to be some great reason to keep expanding in this world and to find out where the allegiances are.
So, in the end, it all comes down to a great storyline. Cranston is a very picky actor who only stars in select projects that he feels are good enough. Appearing seldom but worldwide is one of Cranston’s characteristics.
The Breaking Bad star further revealed that he would “be very interested in producing that [show]” if season 3 was announced. However, there is no news about any upcoming season of Your Honor at the moment.
