Xbox has been trying different things to get more people on its platform and it has tried several approaches. The company announced a partnership with NVIDIA last year to bring its PC games to the GeForce NOW cloud platform.

The company then allowed PC Game Pass subscribers to play games through the service for select games. It has now taken one step further and has enabled GeForce NOW integration into its first-party games’ store pages.

As per the Support page of the company, players will now see GeForce Now on game pages and this is to “bring first-party titles to more players.” The integration will allow players to choose between xCloud Gaming and NVIDIA’s cloud service when they view a game listing.

If players have Xbox supported games on Valve’s Steam and have an account on any of the streaming platforms, they will be able to launch the game via the cloud from “anywhere.” Players only need to link their Steam account to either NVIDIA GeForce NOW or Boosteroid, and they’ll be good to go.

This is another step that the developer is taking to reach more players. It recently announced a partnership with Amazon to bring its cloud gaming service to Amazon Fire TV, allowing players to play games on their television, even if they do not have a console.

Players who are Game Pass members or own the supported games on Microsoft Store can stream them on NVIDIA’s cloud gaming platform. All they need to do is sign in using their Microsoft account. It is important to know that players need to have strong internet connectivity to be able to stream.

Fans Are Happy With the Integration, but Still Want More

The integration of NVIDIA’s cloud platform is a great feature for players who like to stream games. The platform is known for its lower latency and high frame rates in most of the regions where it’s available.

Moreover, NVIDIA also says that the highest tier of the service provides end-to-end latency, which even beats games running on a Series X console at 60Hz.

While fans have appreciated the integration of the service with “more options to play,” some are now asking for Steam integration.

Some have stated that there should be a console native app for the service and there are also players requesting for better xCloud experience instead of another subscription.

Regardless of the additional demands, this is still a great feature and will help the company complete its aim of gaming integration.
