Although nothing has been said to confirm yet, the news came from Macchio who hinted that someone could be making a cameo in the upcoming episodes of the series. While he didn’t list names, his response was enough to let know that fans might get to see some other characters from the original film series who couldn’t appear. Like Hilary Swank’s Julie Pierce.
Ralph Macchio Teases Major Cameos in Cobra Kai Season 6
At the recently held Los Angeles premiere of the upcoming sixth and final season of the smash-hit Netflix series Cobra Kai, Ralph Macchio walked the red carpet. During this, he gave some hinting responses to questions fans had wanted to know for so long.
For instance, which original characters would have cameos and reunions in these last few episodes.

Answering when asked the same by ET, Macchio had the most teasing response that said:
I can’t mention names but there might be one or two. Or there are some [people] that have shown up in a smaller capacity that I would like to see in a larger capacity.
So, more people from the original The Karate Kid saga would be making their cameo in the series? Hmm, that sounds interesting. But what’s even more interesting than this is that Macchio had something to say about Hilary Swank as well.
To jog your memory a bit, Swank had made her big-screen leading role debut as Julie Pierce in The Next Karate Kid, the masterpiece fourth installment in the film series from 1994. And Macchio’s coy response hints she might be making her cameo soon.

Responding to the fact that a lot of viewers and fans of the original blockbuster saga have expressed their interest in seeing Swank’s character return, The Outsiders actor said with a thoroughly hinting smile:
Who doesn’t, you know? And that’s the one piece that would be interesting, you know?
Needless to say, it would indeed make the series tenfold more engaging if the Million Dollar Baby actress actually reprised her iconic role. But nothing can be said for sure and Macchio, for all we know, could merely be enjoying a teasing moment.
At the same time, the 62-year-old actor further added to fans’ already peaking excitement by sharing what could be seen in the final season.
