When we talk about Valorant, one question always arises in our minds: which agent is the best in the game? Right now, the game features an expansive roster of a total of 24 agents. Despite this, there is no absolute answer to that question.

This is because every agent has the potential to become the best in the business with unique abilities of their own. Still, there are some agents who have proven to be the all-time meta of the game.

Recently, a Valorant fan asked the same question on Reddit. He wanted to know which agent was the best to master in terms of fun and climbing the ranks. So far, this fan has tried his hands on Yoru, Gekko, and Reyna. He has also played the starting agents of the game, like Brimstone, Phoenix, and others.

However, there was a comment from another fan that clearly shows the forever meta of the game. And that is none other than Jett. This Korean dualist has been an OP agent since the very beginning of the game. Jett is probably the most self-reliant agent in the game. Her super-movement abilities for attacking and defending herself are brilliant. Not to forget her ult, which is very lethal.

The interesting fact is that this Korean agent faced one of the most ruthless nerfs the game has ever seen in Patch 7.04. In this nerf, her updraft was reduced from 2 to 1, and the duration of cloudburst smoke to 2.5 seconds.

Not only that, her Dash window was decreased from 12 seconds to 7.5 seconds. Previously, there was no dash window at all, as you could dash at any time by clicking the designated key. Her ability to recharge her knives after right-clicking alternate fire was also scrapped.

So, the important part is that even after some serious nerfs, this agent is still lethal and one of the highest-picked agents in the game, and it still continues to be a meta on any map.

Which Agent Should You Play in Valorant?

Choosing an agent to play in Valorant is quite confusing.

The fan has also stated that he doesn’t possess good aim and reflexes. Still, he has enjoyed playing Yoru the most. Playing Yoru is quite fun, as this agent has some really cool abilities. For example, his decoy is a great way to distract enemies and kill them as well if they get flashed by it.

Also, his TP’s are a gem, as not only can they give you sudden entries on the site, but they also take you out of heated positions. Last but not least, his ultimate ability is quite fascinating as well.

So, what agents should this fan try more often? There are many agents you might like, but it’s difficult to master them. According to his skills, Cypher can be a great match. All he has to do is put tripwires in some intriguing positions, stick the camera, and throw some cages for one-way. Then he just has to wait for the enemies, watch them on the camera, let them get spotted through the tripwires, and start spraying through the one-ways.

Now it’s up to you which agent you want to master, as every agent in the game is unique and highly effective in its own way.
