Falling in love on set is one of the most romantic ways that two actors can get together in Hollywood. Spending hours together and getting to know each other through and through, only to realize that there could be more to their story. Many of Hollywood’s most iconic couples meet in a similar fashion, and Morena Baccarin and Ben McKenzie were similarly acquainted with each other.

News of Morena Baccarin and Ben McKenzie getting together came soon after they started working on the hit series, Gotham. Soon after their characters became romantically involved, their real lives began to look similar. However, this wasn’t the first time they had worked together. McKenzie was one of the lead actors on The O.C. and Baccarin came in as a guest star for a few episodes.
During an interview with Live with Kelly and Ryan, the James Gordan actor revealed just how badly he fumbled when he first met his future wife. It would seem that he completely forgot their first interaction with each other, chalking it up to meeting a lot of people on the set of the series.
I met her on the first series I did, The O.C. … Apparently, I created quite the impression on her in a bad way. … I didn’t remember. We briefly met. She wasn’t really in my plotline.
Naturally, this left a very bad impression on his future wife, who thought of him as an arrogant film star.
Morena Baccarin Has Changed a Lot
Since their first meeting, a lot has changed for Morena Baccarin, both in her personal and professional lives. She is the mother of three children and works as an extremely successful actress simultaneously. On top of voicing characters across many mediums, the actress has also become iconic for her role as Vanessa in the Deadpool series.
While her role was extremely significant in the first film, she did not appear much in the second, with her death being the reason why Ryan Reynolds’ character was tipped over the edge. The second film ends with Deadpool bringing her back, and she has made an appearance in the trailer for the third film.
With this, fans are still unsure about how significant a role she will play in Deadpool & Wolverine.
