Over 9 years have passed since Blizzard released the first Overwatch, which at the time became an absolute success, mixing first-person action with the MOBA genre. Unfortunately, fans have noticed that over the years, the studio has failed to add new, intriguing content.
Players can’t help but make comparisons with the imminent release of the much-anticipated Marvel Rivals, and everything indicates that the title from the creators of Warcraft may have to make a better effort to improve certain aspects, such as character presentation.
Overwatch and a Complaint Against Blizzard’s Development Team
When Blizzard launched Overwatch in 2016, it immediately captivated an entire community of players who fell in love with the characters they created. At the time, the game was one of the most popular titles across all platforms, but the studio didn’t know how to keep players interested, and over time, it lost many users.
Currently, the game remains active with some periodic content, but its community has almost completely dwindled.
This action title will have a new competitor called Marvel Rivals arriving this year, featuring all the characters from this famous universe.

Could’ve also picked out the good highlight intros aswell if that’s how we’re doing this- but I agree Blizzard needs to do better

Marvel Rivals Has a Lot of Potential to Make a Great First Impression
A player who is quite disappointed with Blizzard’s work took the opportunity to create a video comparing the intros of Overwatch and Marvel Rivals, accusing the former of being lazy in making the character introductions.
Almost immediately, other users began to concur with the post’s author, suggesting that the studio should significantly enhance certain aspects of the game, particularly when showcasing its characters.
It seems that the new title from NetEase will take full advantage of having several of the most well-known superheroes on the planet to present them in the most eye-catching way possible.
This type of work, which appears to have a lot of passion behind it, is what fans want for any service game in which they spend many hours. The creators of Diablo should follow this example and start implementing many changes.
Marvel Rivals, a new title that will present this universe in a completely different way, will celebrate its closed beta on all platforms in the coming days.
