The replayability of the game is immeasurable, thanks to its vast universe, and one player has shared his experience replaying the video game with extreme difficulty and facing the infamous Terrormorphs.

He described how, despite being over 30 levels higher and using the max-level Moon Form, the Terrormorphs still managed to one-shot him before his form could run out and he is happy he isn’t walking through them anymore.

Terrormorphs are the Hardest Enemies in Starfield

Starfield’s Terrormorphs are perhaps the most terrifying creatures in the game and can be found on many planets. The players will first encounter them in the quest Grunt Work. In addition to their brute strength, there are Terrormorphs who possess psychic abilities that can turn other creatures against a player during the battle, overwhelming them with a few extra attacking forces.

The origins of Terrormorphs lead to the abandoned city of Londinion on Toliman II. The UC Vanguard quest line is all about the origins of Terrormorphs, revealing their connection to the city of Londinion on Toliman II. During the Colony War, Londinion faced a major outbreak, leading the United Colonies to bomb the city to contain the infestation.

The lore of Terrormorphs is further explored in quests like Hostile Intelligence, where players learn about the scientific experiments that led to their creation. The game reveals that the United Colonies knew Terrormorph’s origins for two decades.

These menacing enemies can be faced throughout the game and come in several forms. These include standard Terrormorphs, encountered early in the game, then Albino Terrormorphs, and the Terrormorph Anomaly, a boss-level creature.

How to Defeat Terrormorphs in Starfield

We have already established that Terrormorphs are a great treat in Starfield. However, while playing at extreme difficulty, they can go through the entire arsenal of weapons a player can throw at them.

One player has said that at even 30+ levels higher than a Terrormorph and several thousand rounds of light fuse ammo poured at them, their health bar doesn’t move much.

However, many players have come into help, and have shared that Terrormorphs are a lot less threatening when the Antigravity power is used on them. This lunges them 15 feet above the ground and they aren’t able to attack or even move.

Another player has said that Antigravity power is the way to go as it is the ultimate power for everything Starfield has to pit players against.

Furthermore, another player added that Phase Time 4 when combined with this power lets players take control of the battlefield and easily destroy Terrormorphs.

On account of Terrormorphs, players also think that the questline involving these apex predators should have been the main one. Nevertheless, Starfield is still a great game with endless possibilities. The vast universe and challenges it throws at players increase its replayability value. Terrormorphs are just one of many enemies players face in their space odyssey.

While defeating them can be a challenge it is not impossible and players are finding new ways to render them weak, especially with the use of Antigravity power.

What are your ways to defeat Terrormorphs? Is the antigravity power the way to go? Let us know in the comments below.
