Deadpool‘s suit bears the unmistakable marks of Wolverine‘s adamantium claws, while the latter himself looks like he’s taken a few hits from the Merc with a Mouth’s katanas. The cel-shaded art style perfectly captures the comic book essence of these characters, making them stand out from the crowd in the best possible way.
But it’s not just the visuals that have fans excited. The in-game description of the Deadpool skin pays homage to his appearance in the Chapter 2 Season 2 battle pass, with a cheeky nod to his fourth-wall-breaking antics:

Epic Games‘ commitment to staying faithful to the source material is commendable, and it’s clear that they’ve put a lot of thought and effort into bringing these characters to life in Fortnite — as they do with characters from any franchise, for that matter.
