In the comments sections, a fan explained that Tsunade’s student doesn’t really punch like others, but what they really do is release a ton of concentrated chakra before her fists can make contact. Since the area of contact is extremely minute, it releases a “lot of concussive force.” However, they further explained that the reason other characters don’t bother to learn this skill is quite simple.
Well, “it requires a f**k ton of fine chakra control.” This technique is a bother because one has to redirect heaps of chakra to one spot and release it all at once. The tricky part is also to conserve chakra while using it, as they can’t be wasteful with it; otherwise, the punches would be “too weak.”

Nevertheless, the possibilities remain endless, as what could have been had Sakura Haruno had her current chakra control whilst increasing her speed, similar to Neji or Rock Lee? However, one thing is for sure: even Kishimoto-San would not prefer her over another kunoichi.
