Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War saw the Shonen anime making a return after a decade. Since then, it has regained its glory days, and the fans have praised the animation and character designs. But it does not mean that Tite Kubo is not a great mangaka. He possesses the same quality as Eiichiro Oda, but most fans overlooked it. Eiichiro Oda is often praised for his foreshadowing skills and connecting everything through a string. Tite Kubo also possesses the same capability, but he barely even got the recognition. Fans on social media had defended his storytelling. He was praised for his beautiful art style, but he is so much more than that. When Ichigo Kurosaki became a substitute Soul Reaper, everyone thought it was luck.
But as the story progressed, they got to know he had a connection to the Soul Society. Ichigo’s father, Isshin Kurosaki, was a former Captain of the Gotei 13. His mother, Masaki Kurosaki, was a Quincy. Thus, it explains his fate was connected to both Shinigami and Quincy. Kubo’s attention to detail never failed to amaze. The main antagonist of the Thousand Year Blood War arc was teased quite early on the show.
Ichigo’s Zanpakuto spirit, Zangetsu, is a manifestation of his Quincy powers. Several scenarios prove Tite Kubo has pronounced foreshadowing skills. After several years, he is finally getting the recognition he truly deserves. Fans will be careful further on while watching Bleach since he might be hiding more connections in plain sight.
Fans Back Up Tite Kubo’s Bleach
The Bleach fandom always backed up Tite Kubo during hot debate sessions. But, most anime fans were fonder of the other two of the Big Three than Bleach. Now, the fans have a different perspective, and their view towards the mangaka has changed. Reddit users have put up great points that justify that the mangaka is a genius.
One of them said, “It’s certainly true, but I say it’s more than just that. When you get into it, you start noticing the overwhelming amount of connections everywhere, and you see the storylines are even more coherent than you initially thought. But, it’s indeed requires attention to detail.”

Kubo’s dynamism with his characters is hardly talked about. But it is great seeing people starting to appreciate his work. Bleach is a great anime with a great plot and characters. With the anime and manga industry becoming mainstream, it is one of the positive effects that has come around. Thousand Year Blood War will continue for some time. It will give them time to find more such connections.
