The two met each other on the set of The Last Song (2010) and began dating soon after. After a few years, not free of trouble, the two tied the knot in 2018. Fast forward to the year after when the two ended up going their separate ways.
Now, Liam Hemsworth is with model/actress Gabriella Brooks. According to reports, the two began dating in 2019 and their relationship turned serious the next year. The couple is still going strong and while the next step in their relationship would have been a rock on Brooks’ ring finger, it looks like they don’t have any plans to tie the knot and Liam Hemsworth’s failed marriage with Miley Cyrus might be a big reason why.
Liam Hemsworth is Reportedly Not Thinking about Marriage
Liam Hemsworth and Gabriella Brooks have been together for years now and while they couldn’t be happier with each other, it looks like their relationship is not moving towards an engagement, at least for now.
An insider confided in US Weekly about the status of their relationship stating that the two have no plans for marriage as of now. In fact, they also added that perhaps Brooks and Hemsworth might not tie the knot at all.
The insider said,
They have no plans on getting married anytime soon — and perhaps, not at all.
While marriage might be a beautiful thing for many, Hemsworth apparently does not see it in a good light thanks to his divorce with Miley Cyrus, as per the insider.
Liam didn’t have a good experience the first time around. And it’s not something he thinks of in a positive light.
Not only are the two lovebirds happy with each other but The Witcher actor’s family has also welcomed Brooks with open arms. The source said,
His family welcomed her with open arms, and he loves how perfectly she blends in with all of them.
In the end, the insider stated that they have a “wonderful” relationship and “don’t need a piece of paper to make things official.” Since things are going great as it is, it looks like it’ll be a while before fans hear any news about the advancement of their relationship. Well, we are just glad to know that they are happy together.
Miley Cyrus’ Candid Comment on Her Marriage with Liam Hemsworth
Cyrus and Hemsworth’s relationship was of an on-again-off-again nature but their story spanned over years. Their marriage, though, ended in just about a year.
After their divorce, the two have spoken up about their split and the ups-and-downs of their relationship including the time when Cyrus defended herself from cheating allegations.

While performing at Lollapalooza Brazil in 2022, Cyrus brought a couple on stage for a marriage proposal. When the answer to the proposal was “yes,” the crowd erupted into cheers for the couple and the Flowers singer too seemed extremely happy for her two fans.
Amidst the cheering, she stated, “Honey, I hope your marriage goes better than mine. Mine was a f-cking disaster.”

Now, Cyrus is in a happy relationship with fellow musician Maxx Morando whom she met through a blind date. She even gave him a sweet little shoutout during her Grammy acceptance speech.
