The 7 Days to Die Xbox Version Does Not Have This Issue

When a popular game is released on all platforms, it’s fairly common to encounter issues across the different versions, but it’s not so common for just one platform to have these issues.

The title 7 Days to Die is available on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC. However, Sony console users have some concerns that other players do not. It appears that the studio needs to make changes to the vehicles, and fans have already started to complain.

According to a Reddit user, while playing, they found anomalies regarding the amount of damage a vehicle takes in the game. Apparently, according to this user, vehicles in the PS5 version of the game are much more sensitive to damage compared to other versions.

Why is the 4×4 so dainty?

This user claims that crashing into any object, no matter how small, will cause 20% damage to the vehicle, making the use of a repair kit almost mandatory—something that’s quite difficult to obtain.

The Studio Should Focus on Fixing This Issue in the Playstation Version

According to the user’s description, the issue still exists with the 7 Days to Die PS5 version. Even when driving as carefully as possible, a vehicle would appear out of nowhere, and the player’s car would almost lose all its health, making mobility on this platform quite difficult.

Vehicles are essential for moving around the map, as it is enormous, and getting anywhere requires them. Other users in the comments recommended that this player use the 4×4, noting that although this vehicle is bigger and heavier, it handles damage much better. They also suggested adding a plow to the 4×4 to clear the path.

Most of the community advised the player to use a plow to get rid of zombies more quickly, and to try to find the best mods to repair the vehicle even faster.

For now, The Fun Pimps, the studio behind the game, has not clarified whether they will make any more significant adjustments to it. However, because this is such a popular game, fixes and updates are always in the works to address any issues that arise.

The community is already getting fully accustomed to the 1.0 version of the game, but they hope the studio will add more content in the future to keep the gameplay experience fresh.

I'm a big fan of movies and videogames in general. I really love Pokémon and Godzilla. One of my favorite games is The Last of Us, Part II. A compelling and well-written story is always welcome.
