His appearance is surely unexpected, but his involvement could point fingers at the possible involvement of Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani). In a true MCU Easter Egg style, the show gave a glimpse of his attendance twice, yet kept his involvement in mystery. Check out the trailer released at the D23 Expo here.

The inclusion of Ms. Marvel’s dad in the show could suggest a potential crossover event within the MCU. Cox’s Matt Murdock, aka Daredevil, has long been a fan favorite, battling against corruption and crime.

Whereas, Cox will reprise his titular role alongside Vincent D’Nofrio’s Kingpin and Jon Bernthal’s Frank Castle aka The Punisher. The cast also includes Sandrine Holt, Margarita Levieva, Michael Gandolfini, Nikki M. James, and Arty Froushan.
