It would make sense for the gaming community to abandon their posts and allow enemy factions to take over occupied territory and for them to move on to something far more appealing. Game Science released a free benchmark tool for PC players to evaluate whether their gaming rigs are powerful enough to run Black Myth: Wukong before the official release date. The charts on Steam are solid proof that this ambitious project will have a better chance of winning the favor of the gaming community rather than established multiplayer games from popular brands.
Other games like Palworld somehow gained an edge against the online multiplayer game shared across the PC and PlayStation 5 platform by having more players which is ironic given the drastic differences and nature of each game. The numbers do not lie and show where the interest of the gaming community is currently at.

The gaming community is convinced that this upcoming game will be better than most available in the market and better than Elden Ring, which is a bold statement.
