GTA 6 is scheduled to be released around the fall of next year and the gaming community has been on high alert for any related news about it. The game developers are likely on the final stretch to polish the highly-anticipated project and prolific voice actors are stoking the flames even hotter.
The gaming community has spent the last decade waiting for the highly anticipated sequel and is confident their patience will be rewarded. Recently, the previous project’s main characters have come together again hinting at something big and fans can only guess that it’s related to the GTA franchise.
GTA 6 Could Potentially Feature Classic Protagonists From Previous Games
The iconic Grand Theft Auto franchise has been renowned for its unique open-world structure and mission design. The gaming community has high hopes for the next major sequel, and hardcore fans are optimistic that GTA 6 will offer more freedom regarding activities and game mechanics never before seen in previous installments and elevate the franchise to new heights.
The main protagonists of GTA 5 assembled once more and are teasing the gaming community hard on social media. Fans are shaking like a leaf with the different possibilities this reunion could mean, perhaps it is a revival of the canceled single-player GTA 5 story DLC or their potential involvement in the next major sequel.

The voice actors of Michael De Santa and Trevor Philips are back in action and are teasing something in the next few days. All bets are off for what this could all mean, but the gaming community is confident it is related to GTA or the upcoming sequel, some are suggesting that these characters might be officially revealed to make a comeback in the second trailer.
Rockstar Games never brings back a character to be playable in the next game, with John Marston from the Red Dead Redemption series being the only exception. Perhaps there will be a continuation of Michael and Trevor’s story that will collide with the main storyline of GTA 6 and it would be a treat for the gaming community to see Ned Luke and Steven Ogg reprise their roles.

There is also a slim chance that this reunion has nothing to do with their collaboration. These two actors made history with their endearing performance in GTA 5 and it would make sense for other major corporations to enlist these talented performers in something else beyond the purview of the Grand Theft Auto franchise.
Regardless, it is still a treat to see Luke and Ogg together again after how many years, and all the praise and accolades for their contribution to the GTA franchise. These actors can branch out, explore other opportunities, and hone their talent.
It would be nice to see the game developers reuse older protagonists and add them to the next project with a role of great importance. It could lure fans of GTA 5 and convince them that this project is worth the wait.
Hopefully, whatever Luke and Ogg are teasing is something mind-blowing. It would be a missed opportunity to bring these men back without having anything to do with their iconic roles.
