This time around, there seems to be something really big in store for fans of Sony’s gaming brand. Microsoft might be porting a major title from under its wing to the competition’s set of consoles, but people can’t seem to settle on a guess as to what it might be.

This year, it seems like Gamescom will reveal the next Xbox game that is coming to PlayStation consoles, and according to reputed leaker Shinobi602, it’s going to be a big one.
Previously, we saw titles like Sea of Thieves and Hi-Fi Rush get ported to Sony’s consoles. This next reveal might be a singular port or part of another batch of ports. Hopefully, it’s the latter, but only time will tell.
Which game is it going to be? That seems to be the critical question floating around.

The hint is pretty vague, but those who know, know. One user doesn’t have any guesses, but hopes the game being ported isn’t Forza or Halo, as Microsoft’s gaming brand “might as well go third-party” at that point.

Many people have been guessing that the game is Forza Horizon 5, based on a hint about Cinco de Mayo and a recent update for the game.

If it turns out to be true, it’s not a big player like Starfield or Halo, but quite a significant IP for Microsoft to be giving up to its competitor.
However, if the gaming brand is willing to give up something like Forza, will it be soon when we see its more ‘treasured’ IPs leap its competitor’s consoles?
