When you plan to dive into a hack-and-slash shooter game, it’s pretty normal that you will first want to know about the offense and defense mechanisms of the game, and what can give you more protection than armor. Therefore, players getting curious about the armor sets they can get in the game is pretty reasonable.

As they have not been getting any satisfactory response from Saber Interactive about the armor they can expect in the upcoming installment, Mister-Urn posted an image of the Power Armor sets introduced in the Warhammer 40K series to ask other players about their preferences.

The image has Mark 2 to Mark 8 Power Armor, and he stated that, according to his opinion, at some point, all these armor sets should come to the game. If not so, at least he wants to have Mark 7.

In the reply section, other players also mentioned their preferences, and most of them asked for MK8.

The next majority vote is for MK6, as players opined it as one of the iconic armors introduced.

However, someone mentioned that he won’t be happy with some specific ones; instead, he requires all these armor sets.

While the armor set issue isn’t yet resolved, Focus Entertainment has at least provided players with a hint of one of the powerful melee weapons returning to the upcoming installment.

Defense and offense are two sides of the same coin, and in shooter games, sometimes players need to depend entirely on their offensive skills. Veteran hack-and-slash players are completely accustomed to this process; therefore, their demands for powerful weapons are understandable.

Of course, the upcoming game will bring multiple weapons, but recently, the publisher revealed one of the melee weapons, which players have encountered in the original as well.

Space Marine 2 - Thunder Hammer

The Thunder Hammer is returning to the game, and players can once again use this power weapon to slay enemies almost instantly with a single hit. Basically, this large war hammer releases energy with every blow to tear enemies apart.

The teaser is pretty cool, and it seems like this weapon will become one of the most significant companions that Captain Titus needs to have throughout the journey. Just one thing to remember: the hammer is quite slow.

Anyway, one of the most-hyped games of the year is coming on September 9, and do you think it will match the expectations of fans? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
