The actor reportedly was a regular at Jackson’s Neverland Ranch. One of the clips, which appeared to be from the early days of their friendship, has recently resurfaced.

The clip shows the Uncle Buck star pushing the singer off a diving board with Jackson explaining what led to him being pushed into the water. He states,

Knowing Macaulay Culkin, he made sure, he schemed, he told me to go up on the diving board. I went up there like a nut.

The clip features the Smooth Criminal singer showing off his moves on the diving board, as Culkin sneaks up behind him and pushes him into the water. Falling into the pool, Jackson reacts playfully, telling him, “I’ll kill you, Mac.”

“Mac, I’m going to annihilate you,” he further says while swimming out of the pool. Culkin and Jackson remained friends till the singer’s passing in 2009 and later also defended the allegations made against him in the documentary Leaving Neverland.

Macaulay Culkin Stood by Michael Jackson

Macaulay Culkin consistently defended Michael Jackson against the allegations made against him. During Jackson’s 2005 trial, Culkin served as a defense witness.

He dismissed the allegations made against the singer, calling them, “absolutely ridiculous” while asserting that Jackson never abused him during his time at Neverland Ranch.

The actor has since then continued to defend the singer against such claims, as he did during an appearance on the WTF with Marc Maron Podcast. Sharing an insight into their friendship, he said,

He was my best friend growing up for a good, fat stretch of my life — He enjoyed my youthfulness. He liked being a kid with me — It never struck me as odd. I never felt uncomfortable. That was just the way he was.

Culkin reiterated his stance in a later interview with Esquire, saying, “He never did anything to me. I never saw him do anything.” Despite Culkin’s unwavering support, his friendship with Jackson continues to be the subject of speculation for many.
