Jujutsu Kaisen has been on the rise since the release of the second season. Gege Akutami’s masterpiece has attracted almost every anime and manga fan and has developed a huge fanbase of its own making it one of the best anime and manga series in history. Characters like Gojo Satoru, Toji Fushiguro, and Kento Nanami have become fan favorites in a short period and have helped the series achieve success in almost every format that it steps into.
As the latest episodes have started airing, all-new cast members join Jujutsu Kaisen for their dubbing in both Japanese and English, and one of these additions making international headlines. After getting Mariya Ise to voice Young Gojo for the Japanese version, the series has now cast Cristina Vee for the dubbed version. The most interesting thing is both of them have voiced Killua in Hunter x Hunter.
Jujutsu Kaisen Casts Cristina Vee For Young Gojo English Dub
Cristina Danielle Valenzuela, better known as Cristina Vee, is an American voice actress and voice director. They provide voices for English dubs of anime, animation, and video games. Vee’s roles include Louise in The Familiar of Zero, Nanoha Takamachi in the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series, Mio Akiyama in K-On!, Noel Vermillion in BlazBlue Alter Memory, Nagisa Sait in Squid Girl, and Homura Akemi in Puella Magi. Madoka Magica, Compa and Croire in Hyperdimension Neptunia, Rei Hino / Sailor Mars in the Viz Media dub of Sailor Moon, the Honoka sisters in Knights of Sidonia, Hawk from The Seven Deadly Sins, Thoma in The Promised Neverland, Meiko Mochizuki in Digimon Adventure, Killua Zoldyck in Hunter x Hunter, and many more.
Vee has worked with a very large number of anime and video game series and is quite popular among the US anime industry. And now Cristina Vee notified fans that Jujutsu Kaisen season two would be their return to anime. The seasoned actress revealed that they had been asked to lend their voices to Young Gojo Satoru in the dubbed version.

Cristina Vee is The Second Hunter x Hunter Member to Join Jujutsu Kaisen
Cristina Vee is not the only Hunter x Hunter member whom the Jujutsu Kaisen team cast for their second season. Mariya Ise, best known for her role as Killua in Hunter x Hunter, was previously cast in Jujutsu Kaisen season two to play Kid Gojo. This week’s episode included a flashback scene in which fans met Gojo as a newborn. The flashback lasted until Gojo was a child, and Ise was able to capture a fantastic performance for the sorcerer. Ise has previously voiced Ray in The Promised Neverland and Levy in Fairy Tail.
This casting makes a lot of sense as many fans have pointed out the uncanny similarities between Gojo Satoru and Killua.
