Her run as Rey Skywalker has certainly been controversial; however, there is no denying that she is a talented actress.

Recently, Ridley gave an interview where she revealed quite an interesting piece of information. It would seem that the actress desperately wants to be a part of one franchise, and she might have a direct connection to get in.

Recently, Daisy Ridley gave an interview with The Times, where she went into great detail about her personal and professional life. She specifically talked about what she wanted to do outside of the Star Wars universe. It seems she had an interesting request for one of the members of the crew of her film, Young Woman and the Sea.

Jerry Bruckheimer worked as a producer on Ridley’s upcoming film. While she got to know him through that, he is better known in Hollywood through his work in The Pirates of the Caribbean series. Taking advantage of this connection, she approached Bruckheimer and asked him if she could be a part of the new reboot that has been all anyone can talk about.
