There’s also speculation that Sacha Baron Cohen will play the villain. However, as per @CanWeGetToast Cohen is first supposed to appear in another MCU show- Ironheart. Here’s the tweet:

So we could get introduced to Mephisto in another show and then see a form of the demon in Agatha: Coven of Chaos. Fans think that Aubrey Plaza could play the form of the villain in the show instead of portraying Morgan la Fay. But all of this is pure theorization and there has been no official confirmation about any of it.

All because her sisters wanted to kill her when they came to know that she was using dark magic to carry out forbidden activities. So as the title of the show says, Hahn’s witch might be looking to form her coven again and this time she might try to take on the Scarlet Witch with their help. Mephisto might help her in the mission. It remains to be seen if Mephisto is even the main villain and how he gets adapted if he indeed is.
