Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows- Part 1

Potter fans may have already watched all the deleted scenes of Harry Potter. In this part, we see Aunt Petunia and Dudley show some change of heart for the first time in the series. While Aunt Petunia admits that she still misses her sister, Lily, Dudley showed concern for Harry. Dudley had behaved the same way even in the books. We wish these characters would have gotten a fair closure with this deleted scene.

The Dark Knight

This was an extended scene of one of the iconic moments of The Dark Knight where Joker blew up the hospital. It featured Heath Ledger’s Joker calmly boarding a bus after the explosion and not looking back even once. This part captures the cold and menacing persona of the Joker who showed no expression after causing such destruction.

Black Panther

The stories of other characters may have been overshadowed amidst the war between T’Challa and Killmonger. A deleted scene addressed the relationship of W’Kabi and Okoye, and why he ended up joining Killmonger. This sounds like an important scene that the filmmaker could have kept, adding more depth to the supporting characters.

Avengers: Endgame

Avengers: Endgame was a 3hr movie but we wish this scene wasn’t cancelled. It took place right after Tony Stark took his last breath where every Avenger kneeled on one knee to honour him.

The Truman Show

Though too late, it’s worth knowing that this classic too had a deleted scene. However, the absence or presence of this scene didn’t impact the overall movie. It shows Truman growing suspicious when he spotted one of the actors, who was in a wheelchair the other day, run around freely.

Mean Girls

Remember how the hilarious teen film Mean Girls suddenly took a dark turn when Regina got hit by a bus? It was followed by the Spring Fling during which Cady apologized to Regina at the washroom. It contained a sincere apology from Cady and the two nemeses ended up bonding well.

Get Out

In the original ending of Get Out, Chris wouldn’t have managed to escape. The cops arrived before Rod and arrested Chris for killing Rose in his defence. This alternate ending does carry a dark but realistic aspect.

The Devil Wears Prada

Anne Hathaway’s Andy had another moment to shine out in Miranda’s eyes in a deleted scene. During a party, Miranda’s husband got drunk and caused a scene. But Andy stepped in on time and handled the situation smartly.

Crazy Rich Asians

This confrontation between Nick and his mother about his love life helped us see through the characters amidst their blingy and flashy lives. He not only stands for his love, but also expresses the wounds, caused by his parents when they abandoned him. Not just Nick, it also throws light into Eleanor’s vulnerability.
